These socks felt great but were too short for my size (10). However the return process was unequaled for ease of doing. After deciding to return I replied to an email from Bamboo Sports asking for a review. I desscribed my situation and Bamboo Sports took over and handled my refund on Amazon within minutes. Customer Service was better than anywhere I've shopped.

I wear size 14 shoes, so I ordered Xtra large size as recommended by vendor’s size chart (size 13 to15). This size was way too large and had no hope of staying on feet. I returned them and reordered size Large, supposedly for size 10 to 12, with no better results. I have run out of options as the next smaller size wouldn’t be large enough for my toes. I guess I’ll try to glue them on to my heals and see what happens. (Joking, of course). I love bamboo products and am very disappointed in this purchase.

I have the crew in large and wish I had ordered medium, so I ordered med in the low cut and too tight ordered large and they are perfect. Gave my wife the medium. I we are 10 1/2- 11 shoe.

I haven’t tried the product, but I can say the socks are very soft.I wanted to contact the seller regarding the deformity, but there isn’t a way to contact the seller.I do not want to return the product only because it is one sock out the pair that is made incorrectly.The seller need to pay attention and quality of their product.
