These are thin and seem flimsy but it looks great and organized my families shoes. We can all be quite rough with it and it has proved to be durable!

Beware that the shoes in the images are likely baby shoes. The rack is much smaller than I anticipated and some of my shoes do not fit on the shelves. It’s extremely cheap and flimsy. Only pro is that it’s relatively easy to assemble but it’s basically a piece of junk. To be fair, it is a cheap item so I got what I paid for.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this rack. It was intelligently crafted to make it simple to put together and very sturdy. I loaded it with shoes and then carried it to where it belonged. No part of it shifted when moving.

I bought this to add a little tidiness to my front door area. I needed something small and inconspicuous. This is PERFECT. It is small, about 10 inches square, stacks up nicely so that it aligns underneath my window, and holds 4-5 pairs of shoes. I do 4, so that I don't have a pair on the top of it. I've put a little fake plant on the top and it looks great. I am so pleased! I will probably buy another one for more storage! The bamboo is perfect and doesn't soak up water so I can put my shoes right back even if they're wet or snowy! Super easy to clean. If you are looking for a small sized shoe rack to tidy your space, this is it.

This rack looks awesome and is so easy to assemble (no tools or screws or anything) but it’s not that sturdy. I use it for my hats and it works fine but I couldn’t imagine putting shoes on it. It would hold the shoes but the platforms pop out pretty easily. It’s really light. If you have really small shoes you’d probably be good but I’m a size 12 mens so wouldn’t work well for me.

This was super easy to put together - literally no tools required. The supports seem solid as well as how it holds together. Awesome. The shelves are basically framed panels - very thin. Everything has a rough finish to it. Whatever was used to seal/finish it left overspray bumps. This is minor for me, like it's unfinished (not smooth). It's a details all the same, and those are my reasons for 4 stars. I'm still happy with the product. It's cleared up a lot of space in my entryway. * The only other thing I would make mention of is, I would only put dry footwear in theses shelves as I can't see them lasting long otherwise.

No outside shoes in the house. This sits right by my door as you walk in. Everyone has a place for their shoes. This will last forever. I love this rack. Sturdy enough for shoes and to set your house keys on top. Easy to set up. Love the design, clever.

I was looking for an organization solution that was better than the "basket of shoes". I also wanted a top shelf for pocket items out the door (e.g. keys). This fit my needs with a slim, minimalist form and feel.The quality was higher than expected, but is exactly the size and stability I expected. The description illustrations are deceiving, but the listed dimension measurements are correct (see pictures for average shoe reality). Logically, you will want the heavier items at the bottom. When I purchased the shelving, I was expecting to glue the slats together, but that is not necessary because they fit together fairly snugly. I am considering anchoring the top shelf to the wall with an L bracket for added stability and tip prevention. The construction was obvious, easy, quick, and without tools. While the quality is higher than expected at this price, you would still be able to damage or break pieces if you use too much force or weight.I gave 4 stars because the item shipped with 1 less of the slim-tab legs (19) and 1 more of the wide-tab legs (5). What this means is that I am unable to place the 7th tier because the wide-tab legs do not interlock with the legs below them (they are the bottom legs). I could easily cut down the wide-tab leg to fit if I wanted. However, I decided that I do not want the shelf that tall anyways. In addition, I would also be happy with a 5 tier version for my needs as well as the relative stability reduction from adding more tiers. From an engineering perspective, the wide-tab legs are not necessary since they did not seem to add extra stability to the base shelf anyways.Overall I am fully satisfied with the shelf because it meets my needs and was worth the price I paid. I would recommend this shelf for shoes, small clothing items, or even minimalist decorative needs.

It's a great idea, poorly executed.As I assembled it, pressing the support pieces into the hole - each hole did split. Only one or two was simply "firm" otherwise extremely tight and of course the Bamboo, as it does, it split.If you have a mind to keep it as you put it together and are handy, simply apply some white-glue as you go. But - then, that's it and will remain.I liked the functional, changeable design - sadly, it would not survive a reconfiguration well, unless then glued. I considered hard-bar-soap to possibly ease my assembly then wondered - so proceeded.I got the 17 tier format. I see/saw I would wind up with left over pieces which confuses me - either a platform (need even numbers for tiers since it takes two to make one) - or, the support sticks (two packets leftover with how I configured this.It could otherwise be a 4-5 star recommendation, but sadly, not with how this was and I read the other reviews.I don't have the time to "sand" holes and etc. and expect to receive a product as describe and not damage itself as assembled - unless specified - "expect cracks and splitting" ? as you proceed and left over parts if purchase the uneven format. If it had 18 platform pieces I could have used the left over 8 support sticks - 4 to make that level and 4 to attache it.

We looked forever for a solution for our tiny hall closet and this works great. Women's size 9 shoes fit fine and you just have to put the men's size 10's in one at a time - both hang out a bit over the front. Anything much bigger might be a problem. Wish I could buy a smaller set to add a few more rows. They fit together really well and were pretty sturdy once in place. Technically you only get two top sections (it has a different style post so there's no hole). I needed 3 stacks so one has a gap in the top but it still functions well and you can't see it anyway.
