I could return it but Amazon will only return through a UPS store which is an hour round trip for me. Not worth the time, should have just paid the $50 for a good one.

Counter did not tally, poor construction. Ended up buying on Amazon a magnetic battery powered counter that works fine.

Good counter great price and works well. Arm needs to move perhaps 30 degrees to count which works great for my coil winder
