I used it together with some extendable camping poles to car proof my balcony. It is wide enough to go around my balcony and beyond, and also height enough to prevent cata from jumping over.The net is super fragile on the borders and you need to pass a cord along the whole border to reinforce it, very time consuming.

The net has helped to prevent most of our cats from trying to jump in the ledge of our outside balcony. My complaints are that in a short amount of time it sagged, it catches every single leaf and stick, it has attracted bugs to our porch and then they can’t figure out how to leave.It does a bit but also is not very “ aesthetically” pleasing. You can’t see it all the time but sometimes it is so obvious. Cutting was simple since it’s so thin. I think for a temporary thing this is good but long term is another story.

Installing was impossible & it was not strong enough to protect my kitty from falling off the balcony!! I went to home depot & bought chicken coop wire & it purrr-fect
