This product will not curve up as pictured. It is concave, and will not stay attached in a normal 90 degree cubicle corner.

It works with or without using the Velcro to stick it. Makes me feel like I’m in a bubble and has actually been helping my anxiety at work.

This little desk shade is my new favorite office accessory. It's like a tiny sunblock for my workspace. I can finally work in peace without the harsh overhead light blinding me. It's like I'm creating my own little eclipse, and I'm the dark lord of productivity.Seriously though, this thing is a game-changer. It's easy to install, easy to use, and it actually works. I'm never going back to the days of squinting at my screen.

So I just spend about a half an hour trying to get this thing installed in a position where it doesn't just flop down. I tried all kinds of positions. Tried twisting the wire frame. Nothing worked. It just kept flopping down. Finally, what I decided to try is flipping it over since all it wanted to do was flop down, maybe it would pop up if I reversed it. Well that wasn't so much the case but I made it work. So I folded in the edges where the velcro is on the black side (silver side facing down) and attached that to the velcro on the top of the cubicle wall. I did this for both sides. Then I was able to tuck in the wire frame, against the sides of the cubicle wall, just in front of where the velcro strip ends. This gave enough tension on the wire frame so that it would bow up instead of flop down. Now I have the black side facing up and the silver reflective side facing down. This isn't how it was designed to go but it's holding up for now. Long story short, I would look elsewhere for something that works out of the box as intended.

When I first set this up it just flopped over my workspace but after moving my monitor forward a little it stayed up. Today I came into work and it was flopped down again but I got it to stay up with a few tweaks. However, I love the shade. It really helps with the glare from the (ridiculously) bright lights in our office. I am pretty light sensitive and get headaches with continual bright light. This makes the day much easier to get through. Would be a five star review if it could stay up by itself.

I struggled to make this product work for me. It felt too small to provide effective shade from my office lights, and I had difficulty setting it up securely. It kept collapsing or falling off under its own weight, which made it more frustrating to use than helpful.

Great concept but way too small. Barely reaches the computer screen to cover it
