I love this baking pan. I bought it for my airfryer. I honestly love it. It's the perfect size to Bake my healthy desserts. I also love the handle because is Easy to grab it using proper Heat resistant silicone gloves. My airfryer comes with option for baking and since I Started using it - I don't have to turn my big Kitchen oven. This ítem I found is the perfect fit. I highly recommend it.

I liked this pan when I got it on 13Jun2020. I use it about once a week. On 04Aug2020 when I took it out of the instant pot, the finish/paint had flaked off into my food. This spot is about 1 1/4 inch tall and about 2 inches wide. The pan is starting to rust (while my food was cooking after the finish flaked off). I did not put this in the dishwasher, this is how it looked out of the instant pot. When I first got the pan, I loved it. The handle works great for lifting food out of the instant pot. I feel for almost $16 it should have lasted longer than 52 days under lite usage.

This pan is small, but deep. I expect it will be useful with our Ninja Air grill. I like the handle. It makes it so easy to remove. The people at Ninja should have thought of that.I'm happy I bought this and plan to use it a lot in different ways.I do recommend it.

I bought the air fryer baking pan to use in my Instant Pot Mini to cook small amounts of Basmati rice. I used the same ratio of rinsed rice and water that I’ve always used in my old rice cooker. With the baking pan on a trivet, pressure cook for 6 minutes, and natural release; the rice came out great. I’d tried several times to make sticky rice directly in the Instant Pot insert, but it always got too dry. This pan is a great addition to my kitchen. I skipped rating it on durability because it just arrived yesterday. I sure hope it’s as sturdy as it seems, as I expect to use it several times a week!

I’m newbie to cooking with an air fryer. I was gifted one for Christmas and since then I’ve been trying air frying recipes. So far, I’m impressed with the performance of this appliance. I’ve made meat spring rolls, chicken drumsticks and hash browns. They all “fried” nicely with a just a fraction of oil thanks to the air fryer. Now I am ready to try my hand at baking with it. I got the Aayu fryer dish for that purpose. The dish is about 6” in diameter and 3” tall. It fits in my Philips XL fryer basket with room to spare. This pan seems to be of good quality and long lasting when it’s properly cared for. The makers recommend the dish to be hand washed and not be subjected to high temperatures. In fact, the box says it is best to be used with temperatures below 500 F. Speaking of the box, don’t miss the important tip printed on the side of the box (I did) for pre-seasoning the pan before the first use. That tip does not appear in the care/instructions slip that comes with the pan. Something that important should be listed in the instructions, not just on the side of the box. The makers include a 15-recipe e-book with purchase and it’s e-mailed to you in PDF form.I like the Aayu pan. The handle comes in handy when I need to lift the pan out the basket, but be aware that the handle gets hot so gloves are a must. Other than that, I think the pan serves its purpose very well. I wish it were bigger though, but as I have come to realize, if you’re cooking for more than two people, you’ll have to get used to cooking in batches when using an air fryer. In that case, having an extra pan may be the answer.

This pan works perfectly in my air fryer. I have used it only for a couple of recipes so far, but see myself using it more in the future. I did eggs with sausage crumbles and chopped veggies for an omelet type of breakfast and I did the cut up biscuits rolled in butter and cinnamon and sugar and made a "monkey bread" type of recipe. You basically have to experiment with the air fryer and see how useful it can be and the using of a pan like this as well. This is an easy clean-up pan too. Since I just bought it, haven't had a chance to experiment that much.
