These tips fit my Weller workstation and works great

Scouted a lot of different tips here and elsewhere. Seemed like the best choice. They are a little loose in the hole in the SP40N which seemed incorrect. BUT, I measured an original Weller tip with a caliper, and these are actually a few thousandths larger.I'll update my review after a few more hours. Even the original Weller tip didn't last as long as expected, so we'll see if these can do better.

I bought these to replace the OEM "knife edge" tip that came with my Weller soldering station. I needed a smaller tip for soldering electronics, and these are ideal for that purpose. They fit the iron, perfectly, heat up, quickly, and allow me to reach into the smallest gaps on the circuit board to secure electronic components.Excellent product, excellent price, excellent transaction.
