The bag is great. Very sturdy plastic and strong handles. The bag holds a lot. I filled it with makeup, hair products and toiletries and still have room for more. I sent my sister a picture of the bag and she is ordering 2.

I ordered a tote bag and back pack to use for live outings with security and concert stadium regulations for concerts my husband and I attend locally. They came folded, scrunched up and misshapen and didn't look so good. The leaflet inside offers advice to either pack them full and let them sit for a few days or to use a blow dryer. I didn't have a few days, we received it hours before the concert. So going back and forth on high and medium heat and speeds I tried it and it took about 10 minutes on each one for me to heat, straighten as I flattened wrinkles with my hand and then used the cool settings to set the shape and it worked beautifully. We were able to put everything we needed (a whole picnic and drinks) into the tote and our soft seating mats and personal items, I.D. keys, phones and even small battery powered fans with room to spare in the back pack. They kept their shape even after emptying them later. We breezed right through the security check. I made two ziplock bags of frozen water for clear icepacks (to show we weren't hiding anything). As it melted though, the bag wasn't waterproof, it leaked at the seams. But the cold water leaking down my husbands leg made him move faster LOL. In all fairness they are not created to be used as insulated coolers but did exactly what they were meant to do and they are surprisingly well built and durable! We would highly recommend them for any situation where restrictions require clear storage.

It's a nice concept, except the photo is misleading, it's VERY wrinkled, and it's difficult to get the wrinkles out of it. Otherwise, bag is in excellent shape.

It has plenty of room to put things. Glad it has the double straps to either carry it on your shoulder or like a hand bag.Wish it had more pockets. Great for price. Good thickness. Great style.

muy bonita la use para el eras tour & les recomiendo que sigan usando bolsas transparentes, ahorras mucho tiempo en la fila y ni tienes que sacar tus cosas. no me fije bien pero no trae asas atras ( no te la puedes poner como mochila solo colgar) asi que si piensas que es una mochila pues no xD pero igual es super funcional
