We just bought a backpack with one of these vacuum containers attached to the inside. Then I went hunting on Amazon and found this to me. This is so much better because I can use my existing suitcases. The one I ordered did not come with a vacuum, but I could use the vacuum from my other suitcase that we bought. You can also push a lot of the air out yourself, but I really think that the vacuum works the best.I did get the extra large of this and it was very large! If I would order another one, I’d probably order the large or maybe two larges.. but I would consider ordering another one. I’ve actually given thought to buying some for my kids to help them when traveling.The zipper is really hard to open! Really hard! But it does open – maybe the more I use it it might get easier? But it needs to be tight for the vacuum seal to work. It really did condense my clothes and gave me more room in the suitcase.I really recommend these bags versus buying a suitcase with the bag built into it because I can put all my clothes in the bag, vacuum it, and then put it in whatever suitcase or even duffel bag I needI only gave it four stars because the zipper is really hard to use and the extra large was really big- i’d like to give it 4 1/2 stars but Amazon won’t let us give half stars

made of strong material, because of being air tight the zipper is a little hard to close and open. Used this week on a trip It does what it says will do. stuffed all kinds of boxes mixed with clothes and it shrunk quite a bit. My advice is to use a USB rechareable pump and finish with a manual pump to really remove all the air. total garbage. the vacuum lacks power and doesn’t remove enough air to compress the bag. an extra $20+ for the crappiest china vacuum that doesn’t work, scam! the bag is also trash—i bought two and compressed fully using a handheld pump with the zipper tightly closed and both slowly filled with air. it doesn’t matter how nice it looks when it doesn’t work as intended. don’t buy

The zipper is hard to manage especially for someone with arthritis however, it understandable given you need that airtight closure. I used mine for a trip to New Jersey and was absolutely satisfied with how much I was able to fit in my carry on bag. It kept its seal and would highly recommend this product and purchase another one. Just have to have a Hercules to zip and unzip it .😜

This vacuum bag is amazing. It was so easy to use and allowed me to pack more outfit options during my trip. Also my clothes smelled amazing, it still smelled like detergent when taking my clothes out.

Como tal funciona muy bien, sin embargo, el material es más rígido de lo que pensaba, mucho mejor que las bolsas de celofán pero la sensación de la bolsa no me gustó tanto

I am going on an international trip and want to do carry-on only. I was looking at expensive compression backpacks, but already have a very nice carry-on backpack that lacks compression. I purchased this compression bag has an alternative. It fits perfectly into my carry-on and compressed everything to about half the size.I did a test run. I filled my backpack completely up to see how much would normally fit then transferred it to the compression bag. The clothes shrunk to about half the size. I left it sitting overnight and the items are still compressed. Very little to no leakage.I also purchased the same brand air pump for air removal. It worked great and it will be doing a review of that item.

I travel multiple times a year, I only carry on my bags and I must say this is awesome for my longer trips.. the compression is amazing. Definitely 5 starts

Holds a lot and shrinks down nice and tight and snug with the use of my mini vac. I have not tried to use it by hand rolling. The zipper is so secure as not to let air escape. Used it on my recent international trip and it stayed secure the entire 13 flight. Highly recommend.
