The swing set is great. But it took 3 men to put it together and took about 20 hours. Extremely a lot of pieces. But my grand baby loves it.

Comes in like 1,000 individual pieces not super easy to set up also seems thinner than I thought so I’m worried it won’t last long. The slide is good heavy duty and so is the swing set part but everything else seems thinner and cheaper.

All of the pieces were present and intact. The holes for the parts all lined up appropriately. It is a good playset for the price. Assembly with two people took around two to three days. The men that delivered the playset were very professional and courteous.

This is a great playset for the price! Assembly took MUCH longer than I had read in other reviews; however the assembly instructions were easy to read & very detailed. Be prepared…this thing may come in 2 boxes, but there are a TON of pieces. The playset itself is beautiful. My only complaint would be the quality of the wood. In multiple instances the wood splintered or cracked when installing the bolts/screws into the pre-drilled holes. The planks inside the house portion are definitely okay for toddler use; however, if they jump up & down while inside the house or on the porch areas the planks will bend slightly underneath them as they jump. It’s not an awful thing…but the wood is just thinner than I anticipated.A few tips that helped us with assembly:1) Mark & lay out all piece in numerical order on a tarp. The pieces are already numbered on the edges; however, we added painters tape with numbered markings on face of each piece & it made it SO much easier to quickly glance down & find which one of the 2,000 pieces of wood we were looking for on each step. DON’T USE MASKING/PACKING TAPE. It will pull the black paint off the wood.2) If the pilot holes don’t align….you likely need to flip the board over. It was only on the ladder assembly that the pre-drilled pilot holes just were not correct no matter what we did. All other times it was corrected by flipping/turning the board.3) There is A MILLION different screws, bolts, lag screws, t-nuts, washers of all different sizes and colors in a million tiny little bags. It was a HUGE help to organize all the hardware by type & in numerical order inside multiple small cups and have them all set out before assembly.Overall, I am very pleased with this playset and would purchase it again! If purchasing, just keep in mind you get what you pay for. This playset is less than $1,500. I was not expecting something that was high quality wood that would last 10+ years. If you want a playset that is extremely strong, sturdy and will last your kids their entire childhood don’t buy this one & make the $5,000+ investment. 🙂

I absolutely LOVE this swingsry and so does my 4 year old!!! Now putting it together is hard. You need someone who is really really good at doing it so I had my uncle. It’s definitely a more than one person job! There are tonssssss of pieces to the point it’s overwhelming but they’re labels with a letter and number so just lay them all out based on that and lay all the screws in some type of an order based on numbers too and you should be good. The wood is on the softer side so when using an electric screwdriver you have to go slower to not split the wood. There is a bracket they give you which is a recall piece so they also give you the new one as well. I was confused cause I figured it out later since I went along with the instruction so I had to end up taking off the one I put on and replace it with the proper one after. I was wondering what that piece was and found a separate sheet of paper for it after. In my pictures is the swing set but what’s not included is the little house at the bottom which I added because she had a play house prior (same company). This is definitely a beautiful swing set for sure!!!! Also side note there is an extra block of wood labeled with an A on it. Directions doesn’t state what it is but did research and found out it’s an extension piece since the green swings are close together.

Although it took quite a long while to assemble it was totally worth it. I would suggest having at least 2 people to assemble. My kids play on this daily. The extra feature of the BBQ, picnic table and chalk board are great.

When assembling we noticed the boards are very thin and many had cracks in them before we began assembly. At first we had only noticed a few, so we were relatively unbothered, and proceeded after reading more about the product in the instructions.During assembly, boards began splitting down the middle, subsequently leading to screws falling out. There are panels with staples missing or falling out, the window framings are barely held in place. The list goes on.We went to a big box store and bought lumber to use as reinforcement, and still this structure is weak.It was purchased for my son's first birthday - a 21lb child at the time, now 25lbs at 17 months and he causes the board to warp, bow, and crack when walking on them. This was assembled by 3 metal fabricators, my husband who is a welder/machinist and works on fighter jets, my brother in law, who is a crew chief on helicopters and fighter jets, and my father who is a sheet metal worker on fighters, and previously used to frame houses, and work in construction. I'm saying all of this to frame in your mind that nothing was assembled incorrectly. This product is simply not worth it.This was a product we were hoping to get a decade or more of use out of, and we haven't even gotten 6 months. Now we're out nearly $2,000 and we don't have playground equipment for my son or our future children. I'm beyond furious.
