Love the fact that it has a pack in the back that could be an ice pack or hot pack (just Theo in microwave). I had a spinal fusion of L5/S1 and my surgeon recommended this exact brace so I bought it. It helped me stand upright so I can heal properly. Definitely a godsend

This provides rather comfortable lumbar support. I am recovering from an injury and after I was no longer required to wear what a doctor prescribed, I wear this over my clothes

It is delivered within 24 hours. I tried it on just now and it is a tight fit. It works to me. The quality is solid. My waist size was measured 37”. I was going to select medium size but Only small size is available for delivery today. Therefore I had to order S size at a risk. It turns out OK.

This is a really comfortable back support and it seems to work great! When I ride horse my back always hurts during and for a couple days after.This back support seems to have stopped that from happening so I'm very pleased with it!I think it's easy to use and easy to put on.I would recommend this to anyone who stresses out their lower back!
