These are the ones you want. We have a Hatch, and we like it (theoretically) but if you want to do anything with it, you have to pay them even to run Bluetooth through it. That’s stupid. I tried a couple other sleep machines on here that looked like they might be a good fit, but ended up returning both. So I paid a little extra and got these. These are the ones you want! The app works great (the other two I bought had the worst app I may have ever used in my life). These also work through Wi-Fi (not just near-fieldBluetooth) or you can manually control them, and the sounds available on these are fantastic. The sound quality is excellent. They are rechargeable, and they work on USB-C, which is a very common plug in case you take one on a trip and forget to charge it or whatever. I love these in every way. Glad I finally found one that fits all our needs.

I bought it for my baby's room for a nightlight for changing and noise machine. I use the clock and the temp feature way more than I realized and bought myself one for my own room. App works great. Syncs the same as thier cameras.

When I had m daughter, I jumped on the Hatch bandwagon. We were stationed over seas but ended up back in the states for a long period and I bought some other brand and hated the sound quality and also had no luck connecting to my phone. When we moved again, we lost power one night and her Hatch shut off and she instantly woke up. I HAD to find something with battery backup. These Baby Sense Sound Machines cam in for the win!! The sound quality is great and the battery backup has saved us multiple occasions. I love that I can see the time and temperature on the display (we have one in our room too!) Or on my phone for the one in my daughter's room. The colors are so fun and make great night lights. Love these so much, we have them on our baby registry for our son's nursery as well. The app is so easy to use and I love that I can have multiple devices on the same account. 10/10 recommend!

The machine is built very well, the sound quality and color is excellent. What sets this apart from other sound machines is the selection of lullabies, instead of a thousand variations of white noise. It has the white noise features, but I needed a good lullaby machine, and this is a great one.I had to take off a star because the app needs work, it gets glitchy, or won’t connect right away when first setting up. I had to play with it for a little while to get it to work, but I did get there, and was worth the hassle, as my babies love their sound machine.

I love this thing! I need a noise machine to sleep and have been using them for years. Something that has really annoyed me with the ones I had before though is that after watching TV in the room and being all cozy in my bed, I would have to get up (I keep the noise machine on a dresser across the room), turn on the lights so I can see the noise machine buttons, and then turn on the machine before getting back in bed. I know, first world problems, right? Anyhow, annoying. But even more annoying was when we would have the occasional overnight power outage, the noise machine would turn off and not resume when power came back - leaving the room eerily silent but also making my ears tune into the various outside sounds (like owls or those early am lawn mowing neighbors) and making it hard to sleep.This Babysense solves those problems and them some for me. It lets me turn the machine on or off using my phone - so no more having to get out of bed, but also stay running during any power outage since it has a built-in battery that it runs off if it loses line power!Then there's the bonuses- the night light can be on or off, and any color plus adjustable brightness- the clock (can be enabled/disabled and brightness adjusted)- the temperature reading (which unfortunately reads a few degrees higher than the real temperature but not a big deal. And can also be enabled/disabled and brightness adjusted).- the scheduling which allows me to set automatic on/off of the sound (including volume levels) or light settings. Even includes some music that can be scheduled for wake-up times or whatnot.I thought this would just be controlled by Bluetooth, but it turns out that it uses a 2.4 GHz (only) Wi-Fi connection. This has its pros and cons. I don't really see what it needs to be connected to the internet for, perhaps to update the clock - but it's yet another device connected to my wireless network. Since it's connected to the internet it would be nice if they update it in the future to allow streaming audio (like Tune-in, Spotify, etc) but right now it seems to be limited to a handful of canned sounds and instrumentals.Anyhow, overall I'm extremely happy with this sound machine and the app give me lots of options for configuring the sound machine but also for creating saved settings to use at the push of a button or with scheduling.

This sound machine works wonders for creating a peaceful sleep environment, and the variety of sounds is perfect for different moods or needs. The night light feature just great, adding a soft glow without disturbing my baby’s sleep. However, adjusting the time only through the app felt inconvenient, especially since it requires scanning a QR code. I’m not a big fan of that process, and I wish I could set the time directly on the device.On the positive side, once set, the sound options and time work reliably. The machine itself is compact and doesn’t take up too much space on the bedside table. It’s definitely a good sound machine with minor usability improvements that would make it even better.
