I’ve nursed and pumped for the last 8 YEARS. It’s never been easy. All of our babies are tongue tied, my supply is always just enough, and I’m never responsive to pumps outside of a few drops! I can always hand express way more than I can ever pump! I’ve changed flange sizes, tried all the special parts and pieces and pumps over the years. Nothing has changed my output, until now! WOW, consider me mind blown. I’m so glad I invested in this. Double the amount of milk in half the amount of time, and this is AFTER my daughter nursed. Thank you Baby Buddha!

I've tried so many pumps and this one is the absolute best I love how it comes with stands for your pump bottles so they don't knock over in my fridge and how it comes with massage pads for the flanges it makes it so much more comfortable to wear! I've tried momcozy, motif, spectra, from the wearable to ones like this to use with a pump bra and this one is by far the best with suction strength, quality and all the extra valves it comes with ive never had a pump come with extra parts and with how the air tube's connect its very maintained and doesn't get all sorts of tangled constantly. If you're looking to get a good hospital strength pump that won't break the bank this one is the way to go.

I don’t have any problems with this pump, but I’m not sure what the hype is about. I get the same amount I always get with my other pumps. The only difference I noticed with this pump is that it gets more hind milk out. You can see the color difference in the two bottles in the screenshot. You can also see the separated fat in one bottle but not the other.

I previously was an exclusive pumper with low supply and used medela and spectra pumps. I opted for the spectra pump again with my insurance and probably should’ve went with a newer pump with better technology.I was in search of a pump that might work better than the spectra so I opted to try this pump out. As far as output goes, it is similar to the spectra, I maybe get a little more out and empty faster but not enough difference to warrant switching pumps. It comes down to preference when I decide which pump I’ll use.Pros: portable, lightweight. Easy to take on the go with you or move around the house. Has 3 different modes. Out of the 3 pumps I have, the suction on this one is the most comfortable. Empties my breast the fastest which comes in handy when you’re in a rush. Not necessarily cons but things I didn’t like about it, but is not a deal breaker:As an exclusive pumper, on a full charge I get about 3 30 min pumps before the battery dies. I have the s1 spectra and I get more pumps off of it in a full charge. (It is smaller in size)I loathe the toggle button or whatever it is called to switch the modes and levels. Maybe I have fat fingers but it’s not easy to simply press the button to switch between modes. As I’m switching throughout my session to get more let downs this is annoying. Then there is a delay when you are switching modes and levels. So say if you press it wrong or to many times u have to press again to get which mode you want and there is a delay from suction. The spectra and a cheap knock off wearable I have can switch modes with no delay. The biggest thing I’m most annoyed at with this brand is the flange sizes. It does not work for us small flange size girlies. Yes I can use an insert but I found that I can produce more with the actual flange size in comparison to using an insert. When you are an under producer, every drop matters. I would love to utilize this brand’s technology and use the flange, bottle, etc but I can’t since they don’t have smaller flanges. I did try using an insert but I found I got better output with a different set up.So I only utilize the pump itself and I have my spectra bottle attached to it with my flange size when I pump. I wish these companies would come out with smaller flange size. The motor is loud. It is by no means quiet and it does vibrate as well. All in all, I do prefer this over my spectra s1 and a momcozy wearable knock off that I have. I have been using this for almost two weeks now and it is what I reach for. Easy to set up and learn how to use the modes.

Every single time I’ve used this pump it hasn’t emptied me at all, I’ve even spent 30 minutes on it and still doesn’t empty them. What’s the point if it doesn’t help?

This pump has been amazing. I felt way more empty after a pump and I would get MORE in less time than my wall pump. The strong suction does take some getting used to. After a few weeks though you will completely adjust. However make sure you have the correct flange size. Before I had my lactation consultant measure me, I had too large flanges and let me say, I thought I was going to lose that part of my chest. I certainly am not up to the 45oz that you see on all the ads, but there was a great amount more.I bought the pump towards the end of March. In August I noticed there was a lot less pull that I could feel. I figured I was just used to it. Then I saw a large dip in my supply. I started watching and usually after 5 minutes, milk would stop coming out even though I only would have pump enough to cover the bottom of the cup. However when I hand expressed along with the pump, I would hit my normal 3-4 Oz each side. We thought it may have been the parts so I ordered all new everything besides the pump directly from the website. Was still having the same issue. I was remembered and placement was checked and it was all good. My consultant said the last thing there would be is the pumps suction is failing.Well since I am under a 1 year limited warranty, I read through all of the warranty language and saw they cover mechanical issues.Fun fact- they will find ANY reason not to give you a new pump. They want a video of the suction of the pump for their "video analyst". Although you could clearly see my finger was barley getting pulled in, they decided the pump was working perfectly. Then they referred me to their lactation specialist even though I stated I already have one and I am very well aware how to operate my pump. They stated I HAD to use theirs. I talk with her and explain what was happening and she still said that isn't problem with the motor then wanted to pump on a video call. I tried to explain myself once again and said I was absolutely not video chatting with some one I have never met or heard of. Still kept saying it wasn't a motor issue.Thankfully I purchased a protection plan. I contacted assurion and within literally TWO minutes they happily issued me a refund once they heard everything. My advise, absolutely purchased the service plan as customer service will find any reason to not abide by their warranty. So as much as I loved the pump, this is a 1 star for a complete train wreck with customer service
