Baby Uma Universal Stroller Gloves: these are lovely and feel very high-end, but aren't as practical or functional as we hoped. The waterproof faux leather exterior is really nice, and the velvet lining is very soft and warm. The zippers are a little stiff but look lovely and work well, not getting caught on the inside material or tags. There is an uncomfortable tag inside one glove with washing instructions and material breakdown, but it could easily be removed with scissors. The function is where these get weird. Typically, these types of stroller mittens have a mechanism for attaching to the stroller outside of the glove so that your hand is never touching the outside or the actual handle bar, but are just inside the glove. These zip over the handle, so that your hand is wrapped around the handle directly: the handle is inside the glove with your hand. This means that the open zipper butts up against the handle, meaning that as you push the stroller and move your hands around, the zipper starts to open and let cold air in. In order to install these on a stroller, you need to completely zip open both side zippers, and then zip them up over the handlebar so that the handle is inside the glove itself. Obviously, they expect you to do this inside, while the stroller handle is warm. That said, when the zipper is fully closed, they do a very good job of keeping your hand warm, if they would only stay zipped. Overall, the questionable design choice with the zipper makes these really lovely stroller gloves less useful than they could be. They would probably be a great choice in a slightly more temperate climate.

The muffs have two zippers, one on each side for attaching easily to a stroller handle. The zippers work well and the seams are all well sewn with no loose threads that I can see.Installation/setup: Undo zippers on each side of the muff, place on the push bar of the stroller and redo the zippers, securing the muff on the bar. Insert your hands to keep them warm.Final thoughts: These can be used on shopping carts, or bicycle handlebars, or anything else with a bar to hold. They could also be used without a bar, just to warm your hands. The inside is very soft and warm and the outside can be wiped clean with a soft wet cloth. I like them, they are very nice and I’m glad I got them.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

I got these for use with the stroller because I loved the whole concept: the mittens remain attached during the frequent moments when I need bare hands to accomplish another task. I can’t tell you how many mittens I’ve lost after to stuff bulky winter-wear into my pocket or armpit! I still love the concept, but I only used it for twice with super quick stroller trips before my 3 year old abruptly and firmly decided that strollers are for babies, and that he would rather run or walk everywhere.That development was actually a fantastic moment, because they really let these mittens shine when I had a flash of insight! I was going to take my electric scooter about a mile in 25° weather to get milk. But I realized my gloves weren’t going to cut it just 6 feet from my house and was about to give up and get in the car—then I remembered these mittens! I ran in and unzipped them from the abandoned stroller—mission saved!!The mittens easily zipped around the scooter handles and in seconds, I was off again—I didn’t even take off my tighter fighting driving gloves. The scooter has cruise control, so the mittens were used for long stretches while I was cruising along without needing to use any of the machine’s fine controls. I could steer with warm hands and slip a hand out of one of the mittens when I needed to use the throttle, brake or horn.These “stroller” mittens are capacious, soft and well-manufactured creating a pleasant aesthetic experience and also did a good job staying attached to the scooter handlebars. Honestly, they are even more useful there than they were on my stroller, since the scooter generates a cold wind on the hands. Overall, a product I didn’t know I needed as much as I do, but will certainly keep using!

These are a good basic stroller hand mitt. They are cute, and soft, and seem to be water repellant too. The price is currently listed at about $30, and that may be a little bit high, in my opinion, simply because they are 100% synthetic materials. If I was going shopping for hand mitts I personally would be looking for natural and organic materials. Especially on the side that touches my skin. I have a big concern for the chronic exposure to chemical additives like PFAS, and allllllllll the microplastics that are nearly in everything today. The easiest way for me to minimize plastic leaching into my family’s life, is to simply try to buy real natural fabrics whenever we get new things, so I’m looking for cotton, bamboo, viscose of any kind, hemp, linen, muslin, etc. The list of real organic fabrics is endless, and quite easy to find now a days everywhere if you just give it a minute of looking.So, in summery. These are a good basic, and low end stroller mitt, made of all synthetic materials. They will work fine, but I would personally not buy them myself since they contain no naturally existing fabric materials of any kind.I would recommend them only if a mom was planning on buying synthetic on purpose, otherwise I would encourage her to shop more natural for long term health reasons.
