It is pretty and does the job. It’s easy to assemble and attach to the crib. It has adjustments as well so you can attach it to surfaces of various depths. I turn the music off because it’s annoying though. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Not entirely sure how others are doing it but we were not able to turn the music completely off. It just got very very low volume. And the music is not our taste; every option has vocals on it. No music without a singer, except for the nature sounds. Which is not what we are looking for, so we will be returning. Spins well, though.

Honestly I should have returned this, but in the thick of it I forgot to and lost the window. There is NO volume button and it is too loud for anyone to fall asleep to.

Does what it says but I must say the songs are hilarious, like who told these singers to sing Hush little baby in a sexy way? Very cringey. But you can mute the music. Just wanted it to rotate my mobile and it does. Overall happy with it.

When considering this stand, I noticed the listing marked this as a frequently returned item, but many of the negative reviews were speaking to the music box. As I was interested in the stand only, I decided to take a chance.I wanted a floor stand for our baby's mobile so we could use it around the house with the bassinet, and then eventually the crib.The stand itself is actual wood, and screws together in about 3 minutes. I was honestly surprised and very happy with the quality.I don't have all of the pieces included in the pictures I've posted here as this is tall enough for our current purposes. The stand is almost a foot taller at its max height with all parts screwed together.It is pretty light for walking around the house with, but plenty sturdy. Currently we have a mobile with plastic toys hanging from it vs felt, and I'm not at all concerned with it tipping over from the mobile alone. It is a little wobbly when bumped, so I just try to position it out of the path of everyone in the house.When placed next to the crib, the arm doesn't stick very far over, however I'm not really worried about that. I think it will still serve it's purpose closer to the edge, and understand the arm is shorter so it doesn't tip.So, for any like minded parents who are considering the floor stand only - we love it so far and would recommend it.

This music box is so sweet. The music is beautiful (not annoying) and it actually relaxed me when I was rocking my baby. Even had a little tear, the song was so sweet! I like the options to rotate or not, with or without music. It looks nice too.

Song are sung by real people both male and female. Song selection is odd since it has both upbeat and lullaby style songs. Sometimes startles my baby when it switches from lullaby to farm animal song. I like that you can have rotation with or without music and music volume can get adjusted. Also gives you the option to skip songs.

I previously had purchased a mobile for my nursery and didn’t realize that the music was a wind up. It sounded awful and stoped playing within a minute.This one is amazing!!!!! The music isn’t annoying at all, a wide selection of very soothing lullabies that actually sound clear coming out of the music box. I also like that you can turn the mobile on without the music, and skip songs.

Wood rotating mobile only.Sound is decent, but it plays everything from classical lullaby to Christmas music and happy birthday in 13 seconds segments as if avoiding copyrights.Way to give my kid ADHD.
