This is a very cute set. It includes the bowl, a lid that doubles as a non-slip mat for under the bowl, the masher, and theoretically a spoon. I didn't see a spoon in the box nor in the bowl itself so one star off for that being missing.The bowl and masher work nicely, though. They are an easy to use and wash solution to making your own baby food from soft foods versus buying all those commercial products that have who knows what in them. You can feed your baby what you're eating or make them something similar that's all their own using this neat little tool.

I love this masher bowl!! It’s super convenient as everything stores inside the bowl! When feeding my eight month old, I like to give him things that we are eating, but find smashing with a fork becomes a bit tedious. I really like that I can put everything that I plan to mash up into the bowl and just mash it up with this nifty little tool. Everything is good quality and easy to wash.

Provides a quick and easy way to mash soft foods like bananas or sweet potato. The bottom of the bowl has ridges which makes it difficult to get all of the food out. The spoon is so small, I wouldn't give it to a child.

Bowl set comes with a hard construction bowl, a soft silicon lid that doubles as both a lid and a nonskid base, a solid food masher, and a small spoon for appropriate for small hands/mouths and learning self feeders. As a set, this one seems well constructed and is neatly compact, easy to put in portable lunch coolers or diaper bag. Colors are pleasing pastel green and periwinkle blue. Masher works well enough for cooked fruits/veggies. While not completely leak proof with thin liquids if left on its side, it is leak resistant.

Our little one is just beginning his solid foods adventure. I want him to learn to eat what we eat. The jarred baby foods are convenient, but I want to know exactly what I am giving him. It is also expensive and often times wasteful. The jarred baby foods indicate that they should be discarded 1 day after opening. With the energykit Baby Food Mash and Serve Bowl, I can control the portions with very little waste. He eats a mixture of mashed fruits and/or veggies. Whatever I prepare for the family, he eats. This bowl and masher make it very easy to get the right texture and softness. Sometimes I add some veggie broth to make it softer and easier for him. Regardless the recipe, it is awesome to share our family meals and he is thriving. The bowl is easy to maintain. I rinse and hand wash after each use. There is a lid and a tiny spoon included. The bowl and masher are very sturdy and well made. The set is brightly colored for a festive cheerful mealtime. This would make a very thoughtful shower or first birthday gift.
