The fan is not strong but I guess that's the point. It works for my baby. Cons is that the two fans are two heavy so it keeps dragged down from the seat unless baby seats upon it.

My LO was constantly getting heat rashes on her back. The fan attached was not enough to cool her. I got her this cooling liner and she now will fall asleep on our walks. No more getting fussy. Only downside is you need a power source to plug the USB port into while walking and when the car seat is back facing front. There is no space for the fan on the liner except to fold up. So I wrap the cord around the seat head piece so it does not fall on her feet.
