The base pole of the crib canopy is bent sideways, rendering it unusable. I would like a replacement for the canopy, but I haven't been offered either a replacement or a refund.

Our 21 month old daughter learned how to climb out of the crib. My husband and I turned her crib into a toddler bed so that she could safely climb in and out of bed. She HATED IT. It took forever to put her to bed. We tried locking her in her room and hiding all her toys. That didn’t work. We eventually just let her sleep in bed with us. That didn’t work. She’s been sleeping through the night and has been sleep trained since she was 3 months old. This is not the girl we knew and adore. One night, I got so fed up with her keeping us up in our bed. I laid her in the crib and tied a large sheet over the top (like a lid) and she was out in 5 minutes.I quickly searched amazon for a similar solution and this tent came up. I ordered it and it was easy to install, she tried to climb out and realized she could not and she was asleep within a few minutes. THIS WORKS! It works and she is able to stand comfortable in her crib when she is ready for us to get her and it keeps her limbs in the crib.My only complaint is that the zipper gets stuck easily and it’s hard to zip it up all the way. I’m so happy I found this! Our girl was not ready to upgrade into her big girl bed.
