It looks exactly like the picture -- the dogs ignore it. Oh, one dog chewed a hole in hers first thing so I guess she liked it. (Bought 2 of one kind and one of another - same result with all 3.)

He loved his first pillow so much that we bought him a second one!!! Anytime he was tired, he just crawled up to his pillow and fell asleep almost immediately. It was so sweet! You can judge the size by the fact that my dog is a six pound chihuahua.

Apparently, dogs like body pillows, too, so quit hogging all the nice body pillows, humans!Our pup took right to this and whether modeling or just getting comfy, immediately went into "knee up/arm over" position that he's seen his dog parent emulate (Albert Bandura could do a whole study on this, I suspect?).My other pup had much appreciated a similar pillow back in the summer, so I'd suspected this would be a hit as well, and it was.Easily washable.Nice and soft, cushy, but supporting. Total five star product.It's one of those items you don't think a pet will necessarily value, but then turns out they definitely do! So glad I got it!

The idea of this being a “calming pillow” is great in theory but somehow my little chihuahua missed the message. She loves it but thinks it’s her special “lovey” and it’s adorable to see her carry it around from one dog bed to another. She even tries to chew the fruit off the pillow but at her age she hasn’t many teeth left so it might take her awhile lol. But pillow or lovey, if it makes her happy, I’m happy.It came very tightly shrink wrapped but puffed up instantly as soon as it was released. I was able to give it to her immediately as there was no lingering smell. Be advised this is for very small dogs only, and active chewers might think it’s a fluffy chew toy.
