GPM of wort flow ratings are determined assuming 5gpm of water flow at 68°F with a desired outlet wort temperature of 75°F. Results may be improved with higher cold water flows and lower cold water temperatures.

I was skeptical about purchasing a chiller because from all the negative posts you read. This is a very well made chiller it took five gallons of wort for 110 degrees to 65 degrees in 15 20 minutes. It was easy to clean as well.
