These things are great!!! Its a kneeling pad, large enough for both knees … made of a thick dense poly foam. Use it, abuse it … and do it over again, it’s gonna be GREAT!!!👍

Got the promotion I so desperately needed. My knees where extremely comfy. And it got rid of my lower back pain when trying to get a promotion. Will definitely buy a second one to stack on top of each other to make that next promotion even easier!

Im an industrial mechanic and use this sometimes when working on equipment. Its held up well where the cheaper ones flatten out. This one is also wide enough for both knees.
