These labels stick well to file folders and other items, and they also peel off easily, without leaving a mark. They save money by allowing folders to be used over and over for different content. They also save the paper you stick them on. I have used these for many years in my home filing system. I often change the label of a file folder when I no longer need it for one category of records but want to use it again for another. I've reused some several times by simply changing labels. Since they come in different colors, individual folders among a stack stand out from one another. I also stick them on large envelopes that I use to file away collections of tax, banking, medical and other records that I don't need for regular use but have to save.

I like the idea of removable labels so that I can reuse file folders instead of buying new ones, so I ordered these.These labels are a good size, and they're easy to put on and take off.I haven't used the computer program for printing labels, yet; rather, I just peel off one label and write on it when needed.

This product makes it much easier to reuse file folders. In the past, to recycle files, I've either put a new label over the old one. Usually you could see the old label through the new one. I also tried ripping the old label off, but that usually mean that some of the tab came off with it. With these labels, I can take off the old label, replace it with a new one without damaging the folder.

I've set up my home office with reusable file folders and hated the fight to remove regular file labels from them. The Avery removable labels are a life saver. Application is simple and easy and removing them is a snap. Great product ! !
