These were used as name badges and a hit at our work event. The only negative I have about it is that there is no bleed area on the sides so your image/template will not go to the edge. We tried every printer we had, adjusted every setting, took it to a professional printing company and even they said it’s not possible to get borderless printing. You can see an example in the item’s photo- there will be white border around all the sides, so you have to consider that in your design.

Avery is always a great brand and easy to use through website using the product number. Hundreds of ways to use these ticket. I use them every year for a fundraising event. I use this ticket as the admission ticket with two complimentary drinks tickets that can be torn off. Paper quality is always good.

A quality product that is a lot less to purchase from AMAZON than directly from the manufacturer. They do the job they were hired for and do it well. I noticed that some people had complained about having to trim the edges following printing in order to get them to fit into the vinyl holders. Yes they need 1/8 of an inch trimmed off of both sides to be able to slide into the holders but that's easily accomplished with some good scissors in less than 30 seconds and then the production looks awesome! I have no issue having to trim them when the end result is concise and professional.

I've been to a lot of conventions -- academic, fandom, literary, and even foodie. Only once did a convention use a similar lanyard and I loved it. These are a great way to list the panels, meetings, workshop, and events that you are pre-registered for in a convenient place on the back while having your public information on the front. It was easy to print on the paper. Obviously if you have a color printer, you can get color on the badges. There are two badges per page plus two extra pieces of perforated paper that you could use for "tickets' which might be to get into a special meal or event. I found the length of the cords to be good. The alligator style clip was easy to use. It took me less than 10 minutes to snap all the cords to the plastic badge covers to make the lanyards. For a small meeting of 25 or less this would be a good option.Word of caution: I find using the word processing on my Mac to be a challenge but PCs seem to have no problem. Or I may be less computer savvy.
