I have bought 3 of these for my work and they are perfect. They are sturdy enough to separate pages. The tabs are great because the numbers are large.

I have a binder that I've been wanting to use for organizing all the important documents such as medical stuff, things they give me at my doctors appointments for my pregnancy, my upcoming labor, and when my family moves again (military). Because I want easy access to several different types of information I need several tabs to keep it all organized and this does the trick! I have more than enough tabs to keep everything organized and easy to find for not only me but my husband as well. We definitely plan to buy another set to start a home binder for all things home related so we can finally declutter our stack of papers in a random desk drawer! Haha
