Missing a pedal, all the reflectors, and several pieces of hardware needed to secure the handlebars, the front tire, and the seat. I ended up spending an extra ~$50 in missing parts.Worst of all, it came with an “Inspected” sticker right on the box.

Upon first glance, the bike looked good. However once I started putting it together, I noticed the fork looked off when attaching the wheel. It didn’t look all that serious with the nuts screwed in so I continued assembly. Took it for a ride and noticed that I heard a clicking sound while pedalling. The bike started vibrating as well and I noticed that the nut at the bottom part of the fork had come loose again. To make matters worse, I ended up getting a flat tire and bent some of the spokes on the rim after pumping air to recommended psi. Mind you this is the first 20 mins of my ride.Damage was already done but luckily I had a spare wheel I could use. On the second day, I took the bike out again, this time making sure all the nuts and screws weren’t loose and it didn’t take long for something to mess up. The stem tightener of my seat broke off causing me to fall and bruise my lower back and break off the cheap right pedal that came with it.Craziest thing about this all is that Amazon customer support was no help to me at all. I had to throw out the original box right away as I have no space for it at home so a return was extremely inconvenient considering my three job work schedule. They kept pushing me to go out of my way to find a box when I’ve already experienced so many problems with this $400 piece of defected junk. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars without complaints on Amazon and for them to come up with this solution of not giving me a refund just baffles me. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy any kind of bike on Amazon. Support really let me down on this one. Now I’m down $400 and I’m in desperate need to find a way to get to work.

Got a flat tire on the first ride. Once i got the tyre off they put the wrong tube in and twistrd the excess so it would fit. Waste of money! Box arrived trashed. Components all over the box loose and a bent handlebar.

Cheap plastic brake levers, flimsy brake components and cheap feeling seat. I bought it purely for exercise so it's not a deal breaker. If you're looking for a good bike for commuting or intensive use, look elsewhere.

*Update* La bicicleta es muy linda, liviana y los materiales son de buena calidad. Sin embargo le puse 3 estrellas porque vino con una de las cámaras cortada y uno de los rayos doblados.Luego de mi valoración la empresa se comunicó inmediatamente conmigo y me están enviando una cámara nueva y me reembolsaron parte del dinero. Muy buen servicio!
