These earbuds are light and comfortable to use. They have good sound quality and there is no lag with the tv. Had to contact customer support for a minor problem and in less than 24 hours was contacted by Avantree with the solution. I bought a second set for use with another tv.

Permite tener auriculares inalámbricos con televisiones sin bluetooth. Es el segundo que le compro a mi madre, de 84 años. El primero, con el uso diario, ya daba algún problema de sonido por el cable pero he repetido porque no hay ningún retardo del sonido con la imagen(a diferencia de otros que he probado y devuelto) y es muy fácil de usar. La conexión de bluetooth entre el transmisor y los auriculares es casi instantánea. Si por algo se pierde la conexión basta con volver a pulsar 3-5 segundos el botón de encendido, se aproxima al transmisor y conectado! Ella puede regularse el volumen desde los propios auriculares y sus amigas pueden ver la TV al volumen que quieran a través del mando de la TV. Y como son de botón, sin diadema, no le estropean el peinado! :))

Très bien, branchement rapide et parfait (pour ma part mis sur la sortie optique) , chargé 1x à la réception ,utilisé tous les jours plusieurs heures sur TV, sans rechargé, batterie tien encore après 1 semaine, son moyen, un peu dans les aigus, difficultés pour changer les embouts sans outils adaptés (pour le fabriquant: ce serait bien d'ajouter un petit tube système pour cela).

This is a first-day review. I would usually wait, but I am so pleased with the easy setup that I am making an exception. I will update if there are down-the-road surprises. This package is nicely designed and clearly Avantree doesn't want you to fail due to lack of cables. Every angle is covered.Charging the headset isn't mentioned until later in the start-up instructions, but it seemed prudent to start with a charged headset so I charged it. As noted elsewhere, it comes with a charging cable, but you must provide some source of USB power to plug in to. Watching the short start-up video will inspire confidence, but it duplicates the printed instructions that come with the device. Everything these days claims to be easy, but this actually is!I have an older TV that had RCA audio output jacks and I discovered a never-used optical connector. The TV had no audio-output "settings" other than for speakers. I thought I would use the RCA connectors, as I was sure they wouldn't affect the TV speakers (some headphone jacks switch the speakers off when plugged in). I ended up using the optical cable as it seemed less likely to be vulnerable to electrical noise/interference. The optical connection worked perfectly, so that's where I am. I hoped that the TV volume control wouldn't affect the headphone volume, and it didn't.Set-up was a snap and went exactly according to simple instructions. It literally took no more than a couple of minutes (after charging the headphones).The sound is clean and clear. A little light on bass but fine. No signal strength issues across a large family room. It is a gift for my wife, but really for me. She likes to stay up late watching TV, and now it won't bother me.UPDATE: After 5 months of frequent use, one side of the headphones went dead. I contacted Avantree Support and they promptly sent replacement headphones which resolved the issue. Communications with Avantree and their response time was excellent.

Ik heb het toestel aangesloten via de optische kabel (meegeleverd!) Dan de hoofdtelefoon opgezet en laten pairen. Onmiddellijke verbinding. Nadien heb ik de hoofdtelefoon ook laten spelen op mijn tablet. Dit pairen liep wel enigszins stroef. Verschillende keren moeten proberen, aangezien hij eerst altijd verbond met het basistoestel, en niet met de tablet. Uiteindelijk is het toch gelukt. Maar nadien terug laten verbinden met het basisstation was niet evident. Ik ben op het basisstation een knopje moeten gaan induwen om hem terug te laten verbinden. Kortom: het werkt wel, maar soms is het een gedoe. Als je alleen de combinatie basisstation-hoofdtelefoon gebruikt: geen probleem.

C'est le deuxième appareil que j'achète (car deux télés) donc j'en suis fort contente. La mise en route est hyper simple, les connectiques sont nombreuses donc correspondent à beaucoup de téléviseurs. Le son est très bon et la liaison Bluetooth performante puisque je l'entends de toutes les pièces dans un appartement de 100m2 composé de deux appartements fusionnés, avec donc des murs épais séparant certaines pièces. Il est léger, je l'oublie la plupart du temps. Les bouchons proposés eux aussi visent à s'adapter à toutes les oreilles.Le SAV est bon... si vous savez l'anglais car aucun échange écrit ou oral n'est fait dans une autre langue donc je vends en France mais je ne vais pas me casser la tête à traduire ! J'ai utilisé les traducteurs en ligne mais je trouve que c'est un manque de respect du consommateur, assez bon pour acheter mais pas suffisamment respecté pour lui faciliter la vie.Deuxième reproche, le second appareil a pris 10€ en un an et là je voulais faire un cadeau et il a encore pris 10€ en un an. 20€ sur deux ans. Si seulement nos salaires suivaient le même rythme, je retournerais travailler. Les calculs d'augmentation ne semblent pas correspondre à l'augmentation du coût des matières mais plus à une politique systématique qui consiste à dire "Le client apprécie le produit donc on peut y aller".

Did tons of research chose this one, so glad I did. I can lie down in bed and theyre more comfortable than the bulky over ear ones. Sound quality is great, volume controls are easy. Install was easy, plug in and that's it, no pairing. There is absolutely no lag in the sound, so no delay in the speech. Awesome buy!

I set these up pretty easily. The directions are kind of weird but you can follow them ok. I had a hard time finding the audio out (instead of audio in) on my TV, they are located in two different spots on the back of the TV which threw me off at first. But I called the help number and someone actually answered, and luckily I noticed that the audio out. So that solved the problem I was having. The earphones pair automatically with the transmitter, so that part is easy. Then you make sure that the TV speaker settings are correct and then the headphones worked. I only have two speakers settings on my computer, the names didn't match what was in the directions, but I just tried both and will use the one that works. They give you the different cords/cables so you have all them and can use what fits on your TV. Overall it was pretty simple. I think the sound quality is ok, I wish the volume could go slightly louder. However, it is pretty loud so not a big deal. The second set automatically paired with the transmitter, the directions again weren't totally clear but I just pressed buttons I thought were correct and it worked eventually. Tip-charge the headphones first thing so they are ready to go when you set them up.

I live in an apartment and purchased the headphones to avoid disturbing neighbors with my late night TV viewing. I have never even set up a DVR so when I opened the box and saw so many cables I was initially intimidated. Step 1 of the instructions showed a picture of each connector/cable and its name as well as a picture of the type of outlet it would plug into. For a novice like myself that doesn't know the difference between an RCA Jack and an Optical Out this made set-up very easy. I was especially impressed that the set-up was exactly as the instructions explained. I have purchased other items with set-up instructions that either had steps missing or hadn't been updated from previous models. I was able to complete the setup on the first try. I then realized there were so many cables because there were extra cables for other TV models that I wouldn't need to use. Instructions include an FAQ sheet, a trouble shooting sheet, and contact information for support.The headset is comfortable and the volume adjusts easily with my TV remote. I have used the headset for four days. It is very lightweight and the sound quality is very good. I cannot fully address the battery life or durability at this point. I can only say that I haven't had to recharge after eight hours of use and appears sturdy. I am very satisfied with the ease of set-up, quality, functionality, and price.
