The stove was dented badly. Looked like it had been dropped.Update- The pictures are of the second stove we got, which was a replacement for the first one which was badly damaged

We got this range in the apartment we rent. After almost every cooking, the surface gets burnt, and it's very hard to clean. I tried many heavy duty cleaners, they didn't work. The only thing that really worked was Brillo pad, but it scratched the surface a lot. For cleaning other stoves, I just had to use one wipe, and that was it. But scrubbing this surface like every week? No thanks. The size is smaller than many standard ranges. Maybe it's convenient for some small kitchens. But our large tray didn't fit in the oven, that was sad.

This our third oven and none work and they are not even a year old. Customer service stinks.

Bought it remodeling an apartment that required a 24" stove. There's only 2 options out there and both are very generic, I mean they don't even have a clock let alone a timer. That would be understandable if the price reflected it's quality $806. You can get a really nice 5 burner 30" gas stove with a center skillet for as cheap as $560. Never again will I be stuck in this situation. The customer will just have to get a little less counter space. It just doesn't make sense that a 20" is $460, a 24" is $800-$900, and a 30 is $550-$600.I'm one of the lucky few that received a stove not destroyed. There was a gaping hole in the box from it being slammed into something, but it was Luckily on the back and there was foam. If it were the front, the glass would've been damaged as there was no foam

Unit arrived damaged. Tenant waited a week for the range. Had to accept as damaged rather than have the tenant wait another week for a replacement

We received the stove in box, which looked fine. When opened it was completely damaged on BOTH sides, on the TOP & extremely large scratches on both sides on the top. It was dented on the corners in the back & scratched on the top. I am praying the replacement is in top condition, as we paid over $500 for this. I will update when we receive the replacement. Completely disappointed!

Very nice stove but had three dents, and a chunk of white enamel chipped off from the front.
