If you are searching for a cabin with a functional floor plan, take a look at Allwood Avalon. 540 SQF combined ground floor area with a 218 SQF sleeping loft (whereof 53 SQF with min. 48" headroom) allows many room allocation options. Like all of our kit cabins, Avalon is made from high quality Nordic wood. This cabin can be a lake house, guest house, beach or garden cottage or even a stand-alone retail building. With thicker than usual (2-3/4") wall planks, Avalon is very energy efficient and well suited even for colder climates. Assembly of this solid wood cabin takes about 3 weeks for 3 adults. Professional crew recommended. Do it yourself instructions come with the kit in the form of numbered drawings and a parts list. This Cabin Kit includes all the parts and hardware except the roof shingles and foundation materials. For additional information, please see Cabin Kit FAQ *** THIS CABIN IS NOT A STOCK MODEL AND IS MADE TO ORDER. No amenities included, no cut outs for electrical/plumbing.

Only access to the bathroom is from the patio. It's a glorified outhouse. Definitely NOT suited for cold climates! The loft is a glorified crawlspace. This plan is a disaster. Since the plans don't appear to include a deck, the simple solution would be to just enclose 'cutout' space, making the house 612 sq ft. The additional space would enable an expanded kitchen and bathroom, an entry closet, and a small entry space (as well as allow you to use the bathroom without leaving the house), with little additional materials (it's pretty much just repositioning walls).

Enter the bathroom from the outside?? That’s not practical.

I was having breakfast with my pals the other day. Thens we needed a shed. This shed is super choice bud. Over and out.

Amazing. They came and dropped it off out back. Then a white van of Amish guys came and put it up in one day. I got them Chik-Fil-A and an extra box of screws. Holding up well

I was tired of living in my 1990 civic, my guests would sometimes complain about space during our weekly checkers party that I host. This helped change my life and with only a few screws and steps I was able to host more parties for my friends that don't really exist. Great buy.
