The extras that come with this kind of made me laugh. But that little stir stick, they give you really instead works well as a gum massager. i’ve had it for months I just take a rubbing alcohol pad and clean that stir stick in my gums are doing very well.Also, it may have cleaned the tank but it didn’t clean the distributor tubes and so I’ve had to put bleach in a water bottle with water and then run those tabs as if I’m getting water out just to throw it away but that’s how it’s done

This is a great product to clean your water cooler with. Everything you need is included in the kit along with very easy to follow step by step instructions. I highly recommend it.

The written instructions are NOT complete for the bottom loading cooler. Go on youtube and watch the instructional video (by Avalon) because there is A LOT of steps to completing this entire task properly.

After I thought I had a water cooler leak 2 years ago, I put my cooler in storage so that I could fix it. I finally hooked it up so that I could resurrect it in my classroom this year and found nothing leaking. Every online post said it likely needed a cleaning, so I ordered this kit and got to it. Directions were easy to follow and my cooler was left clean and tasting fresh, which is perfect since my goal this school year is to up my water and limit caffeine.

Very disappointed. Who wants to buy a one time cleaning kit at this price? The instructions included with the package were horrible and not easy to follow. There’s a video on YouTube with better directions. I would look out for an item that has multiple uses.
