Way brighter than my halogens and I made sure install it in 9 and 3 o'clock positions. The light goes a good distance and helps me drive safely at night. No warnings yes so I am guessing it does not flare like the other LEDs do.

I have an older vehicle that originally came with older style halogen bulbs. It has 300k miles and I have had to replace the headlight bulbs (at least) four times since I have owned it. The last time, roughly three years ago, I installed some aftermarket LEDs on the recommendation of a mechanic friend. The reasoning being that the claims by bulb manufacturers about "brightest downroad + whiter light" were B.S. Turns out they really are, in fact, complete B.S. used for marketing and convincing us to pay more. The truth is that, for halogen bulbs, the only way to make them brighter is to increase their wattage ratings. That leads us to a newer generation of bulb: LEDs. For a similar (or smaller) amount of wattage, these bulbs are able to put out significantly more lumens. This means that the bulbs are a LOT brighter than OEM bulbs. Ironically, the bulbs I purchased were flagged by the NHTSA and recalled. I have learned since then that there are *no* aftermarket LED bulbs that are approved. In fact, it has only been since (I think) 2022 that vehicle manufacturers have been able to sell vehicles equipped with LED bulbs. The result has been a jumbled landscape of vehicles - many of which often blind incoming vehicles and pedestrians. The absolute worst examples, IMO, are vehicles with lift kits whose owners who don't bother to aim the headlights down. I really dislike them! This is a function of a variety of factors including lumen output, frequency (i.e. color), and leveling/aiming.So, you might ask, why did I opt for these? Because they do not appear to be the grossly overpowered versions that are causing the problem. As you can see one of my photos, from left to right, the higher output bulb requires a heat sink and cooling fan. This bulb does not have these. This means one of two things - either this bulb is under-cooled, or it doesn't consume enough current to require it.As you can see in the last photo, the difference in color is pretty dramatic, but the brightness doesn't seem much different from a halogen bulb. That alone may be enough to make these annoying for other drivers and pedestrians. However, I am hopeful that, because I know how to level my headlights, that this won't be an issue. I only replaced a single, burnt out bulb (not a long term solution, always do them in pairs!) to see if I get flashed. It has been a few weeks and nobody has seemed to mind. I live in the north and the sun sets around 4:30, so I think I would have noticed. That, or people are just used to getting blinded and don't bother getting upset anymore.Bottom line: These appear to be suitable replacements. They fit nicely and, so far, have worked for nicely. If I have any trouble after I replace the other bulb, I will be sure to update my review. Otherwise, please assume that these are working for their intended purpose. I expect this bulb to outlast my vehicle!

Item arrived quickly. I decided to replace Silverstar running lights with these in my 2013 Hyundai Azera. I have the TECH package which comes with nice and white HID low beams. The H7 bulbs were truly "plug and play" and NO adapters or modifications were needed. The OEM lights were an off-white, but these new LEDs are pure white and match the HIDs. LEDs are supposed to out- last OEM bulbs and I will keep track of how long these last and update if necessary. So far, in 15 degree weather, there is no flickering or blinking. NO CANBUS warnings.
