Product worked great before I tore it apart to use as a bluetooth mod for my iPod 5th gen. The motherboard is too wide to fit behind the screen bracket without trimming the bluetooth board and the transmitter select switch. Problem is when I trimmed the switch it broke a trace and would no longer transmit only recieve. Hope this helped anyone looking for a cheap ipod bluetooth donor board.

First, the cable that came with it was shorted somehow. Once I figured out it was the problem and replaced it, I still get general static and distortion any time something with low-end plays (kick drum & bass). I guess you get what you pay for.

Works as advertised and paired quickly. Just be aware that there's a substantial delay in the audio. I use it for listening to radio broadcasts, so that doesn't bother me. It would be pretty useless for streaming the audio from a TV or other video source.

Connected to my headphones very easily with a good signal, very easy to use, works great at a low price.

I didn't have high expectations for this considering the price, but I must say it certainly surprised me. I'm using it as a Bluetooth receiver, and it brought my vintage stereo amp into the 21st century.Pairing was seamless and the sound quality is perfect. It's completely portable and battery life for the unit is good. There's some conflicting information in the manual. One part says you can use the device while it's charging, and another section said not to do that. I've been using it on battery power and recharging when it's low.My only nitpick is that the voice announcing the pairing process is really loud and cannot be lowered with the amps volume control. Your situation night be different, depending on your equipment, but it's really a great device.

There's not much to say so far. I can get my speaker and headphone to connect to it but it does take a bit. It's range in my home is slightly better than my previous device [I can't say the name plus it's not available any more but I will be comparing the two], your mileage may vary. That so far the good things I can say about it. Now comes that bad parts. My previous device when it's searching the blue light would flash once per second and when connected the blue light was steady. When pairing, it would alternate between blue and red. With this unit the blue light flashes once per second when it's connected, this is annoying because it draws my attention which makes me want to turn the device over so I don't see the flashing light but then I can't see the status is something goes wrong, a catch 22 scenario . With this device it alternates between blue and red when searching. The manual says blue light should flash fast when pairing, I never saw that. I do have some stickers, of sorts, that I could put over the button/led that would less the brightness of the light but that just makes it harder to see blue light status, another catch 22.It has an auto off feature, if nothing is connected to it it'll turn off after 5 minutes, the idea is to save battery life. This might come to be a bit annoying at some point. It while it was being charged it would override that feature that would be ok.I can't say how good the battery life is because it'll be plugged in 24/7. So I can't comment on that. The micro-USB cable is 17 1/2" which is a bit shorter than the cable from the other device, so I'll be using the older one. Speaking of cables the audio cable is 17 1/4" which is longer than I need. The previous one is only a few inches and that works perfectly for me. I should also mention the measurements for the cables is the actual wire length between the two stress relief plastic bits. The one other good thing I can say that's good about this unit is that it is far away cheaper than what I had before, but then maybe that cheaper price is the price I have to pay for the down sides to this. So if the lights, which is my main issue, does get on my nerves enough I didn't waste a good deal of money.
