The body of the machine arrived cracked. I imagine it was whom ever delivered the machine. It did come early, and is an upgrade from my previous machine the only issue I have is I feel the clothes dont fully ring out after the spin cycle but I may need to adjust the setting I use.

Very poor but washing good if you wanna wash it looks nice. I don’t think you wanna buy from them. I have a warranty of anything goes wrong with the machine works great. It’s just the body is not that great. It’s got dings and in the front.

I would like to know how can this can be fixed or if I'm going to have any Reimbursement because I could fix it but this is the way it came from the box when I opened it. The shadow in the paint and the bottom font of the edge???But the washer machine is working fine so what should we do!!😡🤔

Was very loud to the point where I thought I was going to wake my neighbors up and was afraid to use it. Linked everywhere and did not wash very good. Would not recommend.

The panel part has already started buckling it's never even been used and yet the buttons are swelling up it's just irritating it's big and bulky so I couldn't send it back it was hard enough getting it inside the house. Looks like I'm stuck with this junk at my house.

With every load of Wash I have Water on my Floor. Customer Service just kept placing me on hold, then Disconnecting. Transferred me over 6 times and would not give out Warranty info or offer help. Very unhappy with this Washer Brand and I am still paying it off. Shame on you Amazon Customer Service. Very poor Service this time when it counted.
