Worked well for two weeks - it stopped stirring after 8 uses (more or less). Tried recharging it, the light turned green but it just never worked again. I was so upset I threw it in the trash instead of returning it…

I love the café. I use it every day for hot chocolate at night coffee in the morning seems great doesn’t leak stays cold or hot which ever I want to.. Very durable I highly recommend this one. I know there’s lots of reviews out there, but I’m telling you can’t go wrong with this one. I have bought lots and tickets sent lots back because they leaked and didn’t work. This one is fabulous. I probably should buy another one to keep it on hand, just in case I lose mine or something. Because every time they make something good, you can never buy it again when you need to.

I bought this cup early for my husband’s birthday in November. The cup itself works great, my husband loved how it stirs itself. Cleaning it is another story. The port where you charge the cup does not seal tightly as it should and water got into it. It rusted and eventually stopped working. He didn’t have use of it for a full month.

I love this cup, it actually froths my milk in the cup, my coffee taste so good. However, it now doesn’t work, I have to get another one, but if this one dies, I’m done with it. It died after 5 weeks. I’m charging it for a long time. order the one that uses batteries.

Absolutely love this mug. Purchased in Jul 2022 and hesitated to use it but I don’t know why! It is my favorite go-to for mixing my powdered drinks. Unfortunately it stopped working today. I replaced the batteries and made sure everything was clean - it simply won’t stir.The magnetic stirring bead is hardcore, so anyone concerned about that popping out can rest assured it sticks. The mug is sturdy; doesn’t fit a standard cup holder but sits solid and steady on a table or desk
