This feeder is small (not too big) so it could hold up to 2 weeks of food (1 tsp/day). Rechargeable and will work while plugged in to charge, which is GREAT! Easy to use and have been testing the amount food come out, max is about 1 teaspoons. Food size should be only pellets, small to medium sizes only. Large size might not come out or not that much.

I like that it doesn't need batteries and can be recharged again and again. A single charge lasts for weeks. I also like the ability to set multiple feeding times, either once every 24 hours or twice every 24 hours. The one drawback is that the 24 hours start when you turn it on so that if feeding the fish every 12 hours one feeding will be during the day when the fish are active and the other feeding will be at night when the fish are inactive. It would be great if the feeding times could be configured for something other than 12 or 24 hours.

I have use this machine or a few days, there are both advantages and disadvantages. It could be charged which prevents the problem of leaking of electricity, but it is a little bit small, which means it contains less feed. What’s more the amount of the feed for each time is quite different, sometimes a few and times too much. This morning when I checked the situation, there were too many feed floating on water, and the machine is keeping running. I am not quite sure whether there is a design problem or just I got a broken one, thus I just throw it away.
