These do Not work on Adult toe nails. Also after the first time using them on my fingernails they stopped working. I thou if I recharged them that would solve the problem. It did Not. I guess that I will have to return them.

I don’t like the way it works on your fingernails. It basically grinds down your fingernails too cut them down, but it doesn’t get them very even.

I bought this for my three-year-old, who hates getting her nails trimmed the traditional way with nail clippers. She is terrified of the device so it didn't work out for us and I returned it. It was not particularly loud and there are three speeds. I used the device on myself and it worked fine. I will say it isn't a perfect cut and the trimmed nails are left feeling rough for a day. It isn't possible to cut the skin. I see other people saying product is good for the elderly and I think that would be the best use.

Updated Review: (from 4 stars to two)After trying to use it for a second time, I'm sorry to report it will no longer turn on or charge. This is a real shame because I really liked the way it worked...when it did.The title is a little misleading but maybe it’s a language translation thing. These are not electric clippers, instead it is a grinder. That’s not really a bad thing because they do work quite well for fingernails but not so much for my stubborn senior toenails. Getting old is no fun and managing toenails as a senior is no fun either. I was really hoping these would work on my toenails but the slot to the grinder is too narrow for really thick or unusual shaped nails. That said, these work very well for my finger nails and are now my goto for professional looking manicured nails. I think they should work equally well for a younger person’s toenails as long as they fit in the slot. I use the highest setting for high speed grinding as that seems to do the best job. These would be great for children!

I hate clipping my mother’s nails.This makes it so she can do it her self it’s wonderful. Easy to us. The functionality is amazing since I no longer have to cut her nails.

This device is very easy to use on anyone, especially baby. The baby doesn’t even seem to realize her nails are being cut when I use this which is good as I can feed her while her dad cuts her nails if they get too big. Her dad also seems to bite his nails and this has stopped that since it cleans up even small growth. Works well, quiet, no issues.
