First one arrived broken. Second one arrived in one piece. I just don’t like it. I did keep it. The top part doesn’t seem to fit tightly into base. Weird set up. Should have went to Petsmart.

This is a terrible product. It might look pretty but the kibble gets stuck and my cats can't pull the food down because of how deep you have to dig in order to get the food to fall out. I wish I could return but my return window closed.

For 20 years I've been searching for a gravity feeder that actually does the one thing it's built to do: dispense food into the bowl. And for 20 years, every single brand I've tried has required me to periodically shake the bowl in order to make this happen. Doesn't matter if it was a name brand or a generic model; they all got bunched up in the chute. In desperation I decided to give this one a try. I saw other reviews mentioning that users didn't have to shake it. I was skeptical, but figured I'd just return it if it didn't work out.After a few weeks of use, I am excited to say that THIS ACTUALLY WORKS! As the cats eat, food just freely flows down into the bowl. We never have to shake the bowl and we never see the bottom of the dish. It ... just ... works. If you've been searching in vain for a gravity feeder that actually does the job, you've found it.I see some reviews mentioning assembly difficulties. We had no such problems, but I think I see where they might be having trouble. The top (the clear plastic tube) has to twist into place. If you try to force it down or make it "snap", you're going to break the plastic tabs. Once it's twisted into place, there is absolutely no way a pet can knock the thing off.

I really want to like this feeder but i have an issue with it that makes me almost want to return. The food gets stuck. I am using regular bagged cat food and the food gets stuck in the chute. I have to give it a shake to fill the dish. My kitty's give me that i’m hungry look. On the good side it was easy to assemble, it holds a good amount of food and it’s easy to take apart to clean. While it looks good and matches out kitchen I would look for another brand that does not hold my kitties food hostage.

I really do like this cat feeder, and would’ve given it five stars, except the food tends to get stuck in the container. If the cats learn to paw it down, It will work well for them

, it’s garbage for $45. I’ve tried dealing with this and when trying to return even though it says There is two weeks left to return I was told I can’t return!??I have to manually get the food to come down into the dish. I’ve even tried different dishes in place of the one that comes with the item and the food still won’t come down. The plastic part that holds the food keeps falling apart and I have food all over the floor.An expensive item at $45. That is useless, I can’t go away and know that the cats have food with this as it doesn’t work

I am a Ragdoll kitten breeder. I have multiple automatic dry food feeders, however, during pregnancy and until the kittens are weaned the Mother/aka as Queen needs constant access to dry food.What I like about this feeder is:1) Stainless food bowl which is durable, hygienic material, non-toxic material, and easy to clean.2) The clear dry food container b/c you can see when you need to add dry food.3) The feeder has an extra piece at the base that tilts the dry food down, ensuring that it is always accessible.4) The container is cat-proof thanks to its secure lid and rotating base.

I wasn’t sure about getting this feeder but it was the nicest looking one so I gave it a try. I’m glad I did! All the pieces are easy to clean and assemble. It works exactly as it should and looks so much nicer than others. I use this for my three cats and found the size to be perfect. If you are wondering if it’s worth the money, it is.
