This attaches in place of the brush head on the Autobrush. When used with the whitening pens, this allows the use of the Blue light on the Autobrush to enhance the whitening power. Since it's clear and basically just a bite guard it is not uncomfortable to use, which I liked. I've seen a pretty significant change in the whiteness of my teeth after using for about a week each night.

The positive: optically clear, so light from AutoBrush works correctly.The negative: tray is extremely loose-fitting, so it’s not really much of a tray.Note: Despite Amazon description, DOES work with latest AutoBrush version!!

the device feels heavy and makes my jaw ache, so it wasn’t my favorite. Also the way the tray is shaped means most of the gel stays at the bottom instead of spreading more throughout
