Not sure why anyone would buy this. The price of a complete valve is only a couple dollars more. Jus sayin

Part did not fit my valve, even though my valve was listed as it would. Valve was older anyway, so I went to Home Depot and bought a new one. Sprinklers work again without leaking, but this was a waste of money, and time, for me.

The lead picture on Amazon's website shows the obverse side, with small white plastic bars radiating out from the center, exactly like the original diaphragm on my sprinkler valve. The item that I received, however, does not look like that-- no white bars, just smooth black rubber. It seems to work so far, so that is why I am not rating it lower. The picture, however, is misleading.I paid twice as much for this version as I could have paid at Home Depot. I was willing to pay extra for a diaphragm that looked exactly like the one it was replacing, because you never know whether these things are interchangeable. I will check back in if there are problems. Otherwise, don't waste your money-- this model goes for less than eight bucks out in the wild.Edit: Amazon (or someone) has now changed the picture of the diaphragm, so that it is no longer misleading. That is good, so thank you, although now they don't show the obverse side at all. It is still significantly more expensive than the same OEM diaphragm that is available elsewhere on Amazon and from other sellers.
