I installed this gauge in a CJ7 and hooked it up to the cheapest 16 pulse hall effect vehicle speed sensor I could find, and it works great. The lighting in the gauge is not that great, it's a little dim around the top of the gauge, some led bulbs will fix this. The dim lighting is why I only gave it four stars.
