I have a 2002 Toyota Tacoma pickup with several dents in the body, so I got this hammer to help remove some of the dents. This hammer is good for light finishing work. It is built well, light weight, and easy to handle with the anti-slip grip handle.This hammer came with two heads, a flat head and a round plastic head. Both ends unscrew and can be replaced with other attachments. It would be a bonus, if this hammer was packaged with a few other attachments to make this hammer more versatile.

Was working on my truck's tailgate since I backed into something. Got a dent pry bar set that got most of the dent out. Needed a finishing hammer to continue working it. This hammer has 2 heads, a hard plastic ball and a semi rounded flat head. The heads screw off to attach other ends if you have them. The hammer is a simple made item and the grip slips off easily so maybe put some drops of crazy glue to hold secure. The hammer could be a bit heavier but is a good addition to a dent removal kit.

This is a review for the Auto Body Hammer Tool Set - Automotive Body Repair Work Tool for Car Dent Ding Removal(Hammer Only)This is a nice hammer for dent removal. It seems to have about the right amount of weight. I hope the threaded ends will stay in place but I can always use a little thread tape or locking compound if I have issues.Sadly I only got the hammer and two head pieces and not all the other head accessories. I wish I could buy these accessories without buying another hammer. I will look around for some accessories after I figure out what thread these accessories use, It is a shame that the specification sheet doesn't mention this.

Decent hammer for at home work. The flat face and ball end are replaceable, the size is great allowing leverage without going ham on your body panels. The weight is light and head feels to be plenty strong for its function of dent removal. The replaceable heads do bring one issue into light being that they can begin to unscrew while you work but that can be fixed by using some blue/purple loctite nothing crazy like red or yellow just to help it not back out while you are working. As a diy tool this can be very helpful. If I can find different heads for this hammer it would be even more valuable as I can just carry the one hammer and some interchangeable heads instead of a complete hammer set.

My SUV has a few dents on the rear panels that have been bothering me lately. After reading up on what to do (and how to fix the dents myself) I was looking for a few tools for this do-it-yourself project. The first thing I decided to get was an auto body hammer so I could gently work on the dents.This auto body hammer tool set is just the actual hammer of the set. The hammer is smooth and durable. The head has a flat side that can easily assist in pounding out the dents as well as the other side is a round side. This is perfect for various tasks to work out the metal and help gently remove the dent. The balance of the hammer is pretty even. When moving the hammer up and down I noticed it's not too light but heavy enough to actually make a difference tapping the metal.

Low quality with scratches on the parts. Clearly not designed by a professional. This hammer and tap down are just metric threaded paper weights. Don't buy.
