Love these signs. Would have given 5 stars but so far at least one sign was damaged on a corner. I used the other side as to not see it but still sucks.

Solidly built but much smaller than it appears in the promotion. Because of its size it's also difficult to write without erasing what was previously written. Requires a lot of pressure to apply the chalk to the board. Does no erase easily, even with the cloth provided by the manufacturer. I use it in a long-term care residence in my client's room, but have adapted it to taping printed paper messages onto the chalk board surface.

Very difficult to clean (picture is after I erased and it’s only been used twice). Also parts of the board are not allowing chalk to stick. Cheap product, you get what you pay for I guess.

My favorite double sided chalkboard it’s really nice that it’s double-sided so I can have things on both ends. I use chalkboard marker on this and I don’t have any problems with it raining. It is not the quality of a regular chalkboards will be aware that preferably use chalkboard markers and not chalk

Used these as chalk signs at my wedding. They were super cute and worked well. They were hard to clean I just ended up tossing them out not sure if it’s the sign or the chalk pen I used.
