Compatibility
G3 audio interface mixer performs well on desktop computer and laptop, however, due to the constantly updating of iOS and Android, we can’t make sure 100% compatible iOS and Android systems via USB digital connection. If the USB digital connection doesn’t work, please use the 3.5mm TRRS input to connect your device(USB-C or Lightning to 3.5mm adapter may be required but not included).
Sound quality
G3 audio console is a entertaining sound card, designed for webcast live streaming and podcasting, but the sound quality of G3 sound card might not be as good as a professional DJ mixer.

Tips
• Please do not charge the sound card during live streaming. and Please charge the audio mixer before using for the first time.
• Charging is also possible when the power is off. If not used for a long period, please charge the podcast console every 3 months.
• Do not charge for a long time. Please stop charging when the battery is fully charged to avoid over -charging.
• BT connection is limited by distance. Please do not place the too far away from the podcast console to avoid interference. and BT feature is only for accompaniment music playback.
• During using PC livestreaming or accompaniment, you must turn on the "Loopback" function, Only in this way can the viewers hear your voice and the voice in the your PC.
• Not compatible with USB microphone or XLR to XLR microphone.
Works well On Computer, Laptop, Smartphone, Tablet And More
1.Live Streaming on Smartphone:
(1) Using the 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable: One end insert into G3 sound card "Broadcast" jack, other end insert smartphone 3.5mm headphone jack(lightning or Type-C jack need adapter but not included).
(2) Can support live broadcast up to two smartphones at the same time.
2. Live Streaming on Computer or Laptop:
(1)Using the micro USB charging cable：One end insert into G3 sound card "micro USB" charging jack, other end insert the USB jack of computer or laptop(The suggestion is to connect the black USB2.0 interface).
(2) Using the 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable: One end insert into G3 sound card "Broadcast" jack, other end insert into PC "Mic" jack.
(3) Can support live broadcast up to three PC at the same time.
3. Accompaniment Music Input:
(1) Using smartphone playing accomp: Using the 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable, one end insert into the G3 sound card "Music" jack, other end insert into the smartphone headphone jack. Then using phone player or music software to play music.
(2) Using smartphone BT: BT ID: G3 Soundcard, then using phone player or music software to play music.
(3)Using PC palying accomp: First way: Using the micro USB charging cable：One end insert into G3 sound card "micro USB" charging jack, other end insert the USB jack of computer or laptop. then use the music software or website to play music. Second way: Using the 3.5mm audio cable: One end insert into G3 sound card "Music" jack, other end insert into computer or laptop "Earphone" jack. then use the music software or website to play music.
4. Computer or Laptop Live Streaming Settings
(1) After the connection is correct, find the small speaker LOGO in the lower right corner of the screen, right-click---select the playback device and the recording device, if not, you can select the sound;
(2) Set both the speaker on the playback page and the microphone on the recording page to: MV-AP82X or Tenlamp G3 SoundCard. After setting, click Apply to confirm.
(3)The software used by the computer also needs to be set, such as accompaniment software and live stream software. In the software-"Settings", set the audio input and output of "sound card", "audio output", "microphone", etc. to: MV-AP82X or Tenlamp G3 SoundCard, click Apply and confirm.

This is my second podcast unit, and it was easy to set up, works fantastic and is how I publish my Pavo Real Writers Group channel. It works exceptionally well with OBS, which is very important. Anything better costs hundreds more.

The features and idea behind this item are great.There were a number of problems with how it works, but the biggest is the Radio interference heard when an AUX cable is plugged into either the line-in or aux-in ports. Even with just the cable itself plugged into the unit, an audible radio station is heard. A different radio station is heard when an AUX cable is plugged into each of the input ports. It is an internal issue; no volume control or settings will alleviate the issue.Secondarily, when charging or hooked up to a USB interface, audible noise is heard through the outputs and cannot be mitigated.The sound effect buttons are fun, but the board is unfit for purpose due to the above mentioned issues.

I've been using this for awhile. The kit is a good starter kit for doing online gaming, podcasts, etc. The two microphones was a plus to do interviews with guests.

This was recommended to me by my son. It's a fun little unit and so far it's doing what it was intended. Although I think this is for young people as it's not really expandable in any way. But it will get you up an going. The finnish is nice for the price but the build quality could be a little better as it's all plastic but now a days what's not. All and all I would recommend this to someone starting out in streaming the 2 mac's were a great touch. And set up was easy so is learning the unit just be aware of you have headphones with a mic you eaither have to use the ear buds that are provided or plug into the earphone jack. If you don't you will echo bad.

I just used this on our podcast; our other audio mixer was being used at another event so I thought I would try this one out. With this being an off brand product, I was expecting to have a little bit of problems, maybe with hissing or other typical issues that are prevalent in the "budget friendly" arena. For what I paid for it, I am very pleased.After using this for our podcast, I decided that I wanted to record some fun family audio recordings. This device makes recording a lot of fun. My kids start singing in it among other fun things.I completely recommend.

Poorly made. Doesn’t work all my needs. I can’t plug it up to my electric drums nor my guitar, that samples on the packaging. The audio is just awful when I plug them in and when I adjust the dials and volumes to the correct adjustments. The board also does not hook up to a PS4 like it shows on the package. Although I love the mics the mics are well feels cheaply made but hey the cords on them are actually decent quality. But your not going to get that Chrisp sound in your vocals with this mic. So all in all I would go a different route.
