We had a ground loop hum in our DIY whole house audio system (using our existing old phone lines for distributing audio throughout the house). I had managed to eliminate most of it by bonding some the audio equipment together, but there was just enough left to be annoying if we left the systems turned up too high. This solved that and was literally just plug and play. Build quality is solid, Would have been nice if they had included a short set of RCA cables, because adding this in-line means you need a second set of cables. Thankfully, we're pack-rabbits so we had a set.

This is a review for the Audio Hum Eliminator Ground Loop Noise Isolator (No Affects Bass), Dual Channel Gold Coating Aluminum Shell Noise Filter for Speaker Home Car Audio System Theater Plug & Play (Black)This appears to be a well made line isolator. I haven't had a chance to use it for hum reduction as I don't have any hum loops at present. I measured the phono center to phono outer case and the input side measures 88 ohms and the output side measures 108 ohms.The inputs and output phono case and centers are isolated from each other as expected. The outer of the phono plugs are also isolated from the chassis body. I tried the Chassis Ground switch but I couldn't measure any circuit changes. Perhaps this switch is grounding some internal components that I don't have access to measure. I am not sure what it does.I will report back when I get to use this filter in earnest.

I had issue with ground loop on my custom car stereo installation.I added this Micnaux Audio Hum Eliminator ground loop noise isolator, and the noise is no more.I was using my old Radioshak ground loop noise isolator, but it was showing age, and was not working anymore.Small size and works fine.Highly recommend.
