Safety is a major concern when you’re camping off grid, and being able to quickly grab your fire extinguisher when it is securely mounted is a must. This mount provides a couple of different ways of mounting your fire extinguisher, and the mounting for either one is extremely easy. It is very durable and well built. The spring load pin is strong and holds the fire extinguisher in place. It is extremely functional and well priced.

I've never used on of these before, but wanted a fire extinguisher mount for our ATV's and this works well on a Polaris Sportsman 570.I didn't think about the fact that there are different diameter extinguishers, but no matter this kit came with multiple rings. The quick disconnect is awesome.Assembly was easy. I'm getting more for the other ATVsPleasantly surprised with this.

Nice, simple little fire extinguisher mount with quick release. Mounts solid and release works good. This is the second one I have installed on a Honda rancher ATV.Yep we have two and wanted both equipped with fire extinguishers.Installation is simple and should take about 30 minutes. It probably takes less time if you know the right spot for yours. You can mount the base to the ATV to allow the fire extinguisher to swing off of the ATV in the direction you want it to. Just make sure the base is in the position that it allows it to do so.I purchased two more, one for my UTV and one for another ATV. There is a difference in the units so make sure you get the one designed for yours because each comes with different base mounts.Would recommend!

I'm the grounds supervisor at a 160+ acre hospital and I use this yo keep a fire extinguisher handy while on duty. I have mine attached to the "headache rack" that protects the rear window from the cargo bed.Always having this at the ready is a nice plus since no other vehicle operator at my facility even has an extinguisher, let alone one that's always ready.Being made out of aluminum is a fantastic bonus!Value @ asking price: 10/10

This ATV fire extinguisher mount kit has everything you need to make your outdoor fun even safer. The PROS:1) You can mount up to a 10-lb fire extinguisher and the kit comes with 4 large, padded hose clamps for easy fitting to whatever brand of bottle you have.2) Aluminum mounting brackets fit most handlebars (and fit my front rack bracket).3) The quick-release is SIMPLE - pull the red spun-aluminum handle, and pull the bottle away from the frame, and the bottom is just a u-shaped hinge point, so it separates with ease (even without a bottle), but it's strong and kept in place without any rattling when joined together.4) Comes with all the necessary hardware and even a small phillip's screwdriver.5) The body of the mount is that really heavy-duty plastic that's reinforced with fiberglass. It's THICK. It's SOLID. There's no flexing or bending with this setup.6) Clear, easy directions will help you install this kit in minutes. The CONS:1) If you DON'T store your ATV/motorcycle in a shed/garage, eventually that beautiful dark plastic will gray over. I don't care, but I know some would.2) Eventually the spring in the quick-release level will wear out. I think it'll take a LOT of years for that to happen, but it IS a wear item.3) Eventually, the padding on the hose clamps will wear, so you'll have to either replace it or your extinguisher bottle will get scratches. Not a deal-breaker for me. I'll just put a couple layers of heat-shrink tubing over them when the stock padding wears out.I'll be glad to have this extinguisher mount on my ATV - I use it to tow a brush-hog, and there's always risks when mowing if the greenery is dry.

This fire extinguisher mount is easy to install and easy to use. The hardware is solid and trustworthy. Setup only took a few minutes. I highly recommend using medium strength thread locker for the assembly, so that nothing comes loose from vibration. This bracket is high-quality and easily worth the price of less than $25.

This is a pretty common design for these fire extinguisher brackets, there are a lot of different brands that make a similar product. So what stands out about this one? This product listing page is very accurate. That's appreciated, as it is sometimes difficult to figure out if one particular fire extinguisher is going to fit in a bracket. They've laid out the page well and been careful to show all of the measurements. That seems rare, but shouldn't be. Along with that, there are very clear instructions included with the item, with color photos. This kit comes with two different sizes of rings (4 rings total). The larger of which look like they hold about 3.5" diameter at most, the smaller about 3" max. Look carefully at the product page. The bracket it self is a thick, durable plastic that holds the extinguisher. The aluminum portion is the rings that mount to a handlebar. There is a small amount of soft protective tape to prevent scratches. Some spacer shims are also included if you need to have it stand off slightly in a different position. All in all I'd say that it is a decent product, does what it purports to do. It releases the fire extinguisher easily with a pull of the knob. Realize, this design essentially requires two hands to remove the extinguisher, which is probably fine almost every time, but may be something to think about depending on where you intend to use the bracket.
