I spent $ 36.00 for a answering machine that did not work after 6 months. I thought the name AT&T stood for something!! They make trying to get a solution to your concern so confusing you want just to give up. Maybe the 12 calls it answered just wore it out!! I believe the saying Buyer be Aware !! truly fits here !! Maybe this will help someone thinking of buying this piece of junk .
