Poor Build QualityThe build quality of this stove is subpar. The stainless steel feels flimsy and doesn’t seem durable. After just a few uses, I noticed rust spots developing on the surface, which is unacceptable for a product advertised as stainless steel. The overall construction feels cheap and not built to last.Inconsistent Flame ControlThe flame control on this stove is very inconsistent. It’s difficult to adjust the flame to the desired level, as it either runs too high or too low with minimal in-between options. This makes cooking delicate dishes challenging and frustrating, as the heat level is crucial for precise cooking.Inefficient HeatingDespite being a natural gas stove, the heating efficiency is poor. It takes a long time to bring a pot of water to a boil, which defeats the purpose of having a high-powered stock pot stove. I expected much better performance from a stove specifically designed for larger pots.Unstable DesignThe design of the stove is not stable. The legs are wobbly, and the unit does not sit flat on the countertop. This instability is a safety hazard, especially when handling large and heavy pots filled with hot liquids. I constantly worry about the stove tipping over during use.Difficult to CleanCleaning this stove is a nightmare. The design includes many crevices and hard-to-reach areas where food and grease can accumulate. The rusting problem exacerbates the cleaning difficulty, as I have to be careful not to worsen the rust spots while scrubbing.Poor Customer SupportWhen I reached out to customer support to address the issues, the response was slow and unhelpful. They didn’t offer any satisfactory solutions or compensation for the problems I encountered. This lack of support has added to my frustration and disappointment with the product.Overpriced for the QualityConsidering all the issues, I believe this stove is overpriced. The performance and build quality do not justify the cost. There are better options available in the market that offer superior quality and performance at a similar price point. In conclusion, the Cook Rite ATSP-18-1L Single Stock Pot Stove has been a major letdown. Its poor build quality, inconsistent flame control, inefficient heating, unstable design, difficulty in cleaning, and lack of customer support make it a product I cannot recommend. Save your money and look for a more reliable and well-built stock pot stove.

Item shipped freight on a pallet, received in excellent condition. Connected to a natural gas source and confirmed it works. Burners come setup from the manufacturer, flame burns clear/blue without needing to adjust dampers.
