Yes, this is a diesel fill spout. I got it to replace a failing gasoline fill spout on a 2005 F250, banking on the likelihood that the mount holes were the same. They were, and it fit like a champ. That said, being for diesel, both the spout and the vent are larger than a gasoline spout, and there's no integral flapper valve. So while that's fine for diesel, the rubber hose and/or the tank connection point will need to be replaced or fitted with an adapter. This configuration may or may not pass inspection in your state.
