Didn’t read reviews… should have. It’s too short for 1995 xj Cherokee 4.0 auto. Ordered other brands at Oreilly’s and they are identical to this, too short. Scoured online, no one seems to have a fix. I am cutting a half inch out of the sleeve very carefully to show more wire on each end. We will see as there is no good replacement out there. At least that I can find

Seems a little lighter duty than stock oem, but works fine on my 1991 Jeep wrangler 2.5l

The throttle cable was very easy to install. After install found the the cable would not stay connected to the throttle body. Bore in cable end is totally different and the clip is different as well. WARNING....DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR UNTIL YOU MAKE SURE THE CABLE IS NOT GOING TO COME OFF. Suggest after installation that press the gas pedal 10 or so time to the floor at different rate and speed to make sure cable doesn't disconnect.

Saved around 75 $ and fits and works super. Maybe the stock part is american made, but that would still be a hard sell.
