You can not properly space your torque converter because one side is less than 1/8th gap and the other side is greater than 3/16. This will destroy a transmission pump. Now I have to remove my transmission again. Extremely frustrating!!! This company has a lot of bad reviews for this same reason. DO NOT BUY!!

This bolted right up to my 5.3 to 4L80e LS swap in my 1977 GMC truck. I previously had to shim the cheap starter I put in it and used the same shim with this new flex plate and it was perfect. Started it up and the engine was smooth as silk.

Excellent replacement for my 2004 silverado 2500HD 4x4, worked perfect, mine came with bolts too, but i didn't use them, i opted for ARP bolts. Also used ARP bolts to bolt up the torque converter to the flexplate. This worked well for my truck, fit perfect and was well balanced and very inexpensive fixed my truck in one afternoon, excellent product i would buy again!!!

I received the flexplate today. It looks good and has the spacer and came with the longer bolts for a proper installation. The choice of flexplates can be confusing. I needed this one as I have a 5.3 that was bolted to a 4L60E. The flexplate on the 5.3 to 4L60E is dished and is a 3 bolt configuration. This will not properly engage to the 4L80E torque convertor because of spacing and the 80E torque convertor is a 6 bolt setup.
