I bought this scooter in early October. It worked ok for approximately two months before it completely shut down and gave me an error code. Even before it shut down, it only got about half of the range advertised (~9 miles). I contacted the company and after some virtual troubleshooting they said it was a motor failure and they sent me a new motor. I replaced the motor and it worked for another 2 weeks before I received the same error again. I contacted the company again and this time they said I had "already used the warranty" so I would have to pay $60 for a new motor. Obviously I wasn't going to pay for a new motor that may again only last 2 weeks, so now I'm out $300 and have a piece of junk I need to get rid of.

This scooter was on sale when I got it, and I was shocked when I got it for such a deal. The setup was easy, and the app works pretty good with the scooter and has many controls like lights, lock, and speed settings. The ride on the scooter is not bad, there is suspension for the back wheel providing a pretty smooth ride. The range on the scooter is also great and lasts a while, as well as the speed it can go. Those specs are great and make the scooter fun to ride. The scooter is also has very nice aesthetics, looks great! And the lights add to that. The quality control is not terrible but if you need anything you can email them for help. Overall not bad, pretty good.

I bought this scooter because it would get me to and from downtown Austin which is an 8-mile roundtrip scoot for me and it works out quite well. I haven't pushed the limit with the battery power yet but it does go down faster than I had presumed it would. After roughly 3-4 miles, it's already on half-power if you're traveling at full speed the entire time so I usually charge it up in-between commutes. I've had the scooter about 2 weeks now and I can definitively say it's a good purchase. Sturdy wheels, easy to carry, fast enough to ride in the bike lanes, seems pretty safe while riding, the back breaklight and front headlight are awesome for traveling at night, and it's been fun to ride the scooter beside my son on his scooter since this one has 3 different power modes (green/white/red) for different max speeds. I've been pretty happy with my purchase.

this scooter hits all the necessary marks that I was looking for while still remaining within my budget. firstly, its build is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. it has a decently wide deck, a good weight, and wide handlebars, which all lend to an overall reliable and sturdy feeling while riding. I had enough space to attach my phone holder to it, which is a definite plus. at the same time, I find it to be quite sleek. i'm also very grateful for the bright headlight and brake lights, which help me feel safe when it's getting dark out. I use this scooter for a 2.5 mile commute to work through a mostly residential area that is moderately hilly—it handles the job well, going about 12 miles uphill and maxing out to about 16 downhill (my weight is 130 lbs for reference). it makes my commute quite fun so I often use it for recreation too. I will typically take my scooter while family members take their bike for short-to-moderately distanced joy rides. lastly, the battery life is good for my needs and I find that it charges back up fairly quickly after a day/afternoon of use (one note: the charger makes a loud screeching sound when its done charging so you can't really charge it overnight without causing a disturbance). overall, I recommend this for e-scooter beginners and short distance commuters, as well as anyone looking for a recreational activity for their teens or themselves.
